I would like to extend warm welcome to educators. The Appeals Commission is an administrative appeals agency established under the Special Act on Enhancement of Teachers' Status. The Commission is responsible for hearing appeals filed by teaching professionals and resolving appeals resulting from various administrative actions.

We are committed to ensuring teachers' status and right by providing adequate information on appeal process as well as handling appeals for review and hearings.
