Hearing and Decision
1. How does the hearing process work?
- The appellant is requested to submit documentation of their grievance.
- The Grievance Review Commission requests relevant government agency submit a statement of answers to the case.
- The Committee will then conduct a factual investigation.
- A deliberation meeting date will be set and will be notified to both parties.
- The opportunity to state opinions verbally at the meeting or in writing will be given.
2. How is the decision made?
- The decision must be within 30 days from the date when a request is submitted.
